Entries for the Hills Ford Stages opened on July 13th.  As of July 20th, we have 150 completed entry forms and payments, therefore we are full.  Thank you for your entries

The first 150 entry forms for which we have received the entry fee now have a receipt number and are showing on the the unseeded entry list

Entry forms that do not have a corresponding payment will not be visible on the unseeded entry list

If you need to make updates because you missed a few of the finer details in the rush, then please use the blue link in your receipt email 'Access Your Entry Home Page'

Reserve List

We are now operating a reserve list as shown below, these are in order of receipt of both completed entry form and payment and will be promoted to the unseeded list when or if a crew on the unseeded list withdraw.

All the information you need about the event, including SRs, schedule, entry form, final instructions and bulletins on the weekend will be made available on Sportity over the upcoming months so register with the event password HFS26Comp as soon as you can to get all the necessary details.  If you prefer to access via the web rather than the app, use this URL  We recommend you use the app so that you receive notifications of important messages before and during the event, if you only use the web version you will need to regularly check the channel for updates.
