Welcome to the online entry system for the Rali Bro Caron 2018.
Held under the General Regulations of the Motor Sports Association (incorporating the International Sporting Code of the FIA) and the Supplementary Regulations.
Entries Close for seeding at 21.00hrs on Sunday 18th February 2018. If vacancies are available in the relevant class then entries will be accepted up to 16.00hrs on Wednesday 21st February 2018.
Please follow the steps below to enter the rally:
Complete all the fields in the form below. The fields with red backgrounds are mandatory and must be filled in or you will not be able to continue. Please put TBA in any red field which you do not know the details for but send them as soon as you do.
Once you have hit the 'Enter the Event' button at the end you will receive an automated response confirming we have received your entry form.
PLEASE NOTE: WITHOUT PAYMENT YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
There are two ways to pay:
1 To pay using Paypal enter your credit or debit card details (no account required, no charge will be added).
Payments by paypal should be to lampeterdmc@gmail.com
For Paypal payments the Driver and Navigators names should be used as the reference
2 Entrants wishing to pay by Cheque should first email the entries secretary to obtain the postal address by return email. Please make Cheques payable to 'RALI BRO CARON' and post to the Entries Secretary. No Cheque entries will be accepted after 9th February 2018. Post dated cheques are not accepted. Bounced cheques will not be re-presented, and the entry will be refused.
If you wish to use JELF Insurance but are unable to comply with all points of Jelf Insurance Partnership's Declaration, you will be required to complete a Declaration Form (see Supplementary Regulations). A letter of acceptance will be issued and any loadings must be paid for at signing on with cash only.
If you intend to pay for JELF Insurance on the night please put 'ON THE NIGHT' in the Insurers 'Name and Policy No' box and select '0.00 - Own Insurance' in the Fees section.
When we have received payment you should receive an e-mail confirming your entry. If you pay by cheque it might take up to 14 days for it to clear. If you don't receive a response within 3 days of the expected payment date, or if you have any other questions, please contact the Entries Secretary.
