Welcome to the RALI GOGLEDD CYMRU 2018 On-line Entry system. Please follow the steps below to enter the rally.
Within 24 hours of us receiving the payment for your entry you should receive an e-mail confirming your entry from the Entries Secretary. All entries must be made on the official entry form and accompanied by the appropriate fee.
WITHOUT PAYMENT YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE VALID.
All the fields with a red background must be filled in, or you will not be able to continue. Please put TBA in any red field which you do not know the details.
In all cases where the applicant is under 18 years of age it is necessary that the application is countersigned by the Parent or Guardian. Proof of guardianship may be required (H7).
Drivers must be at least 17 years old and hold a full RTA Licence for all Rallies (R5.3)
To cope with the smooth running of the event it is a condition of the entry, all entrants MUST complete their marshal’s details on the entry form. Failure to comply may result your entry being declined – NO EXCEPTIONS.
An entry accompanied by a post-dated cheque will be deemed not to have been acknowledged until the funds are cleared. Entry fees that fail to clear will require cash payment before the closing date of entries and may be subject to additional charges.
Withdrawn entries will be refunded less administration fees incurred at the organisers’ discretion if an entry is cancelled in writing or by email to the Entries Secretary before the closing date of entries. No verbal or SMS text cancellations will be accepted. After that date entries will be refunded at the organisers’ discretion.
Membership to Rhyl & District Motor Club is also available at £10.00 per person and valid from the period of application until 31st December 2018. Competitors wishing to join the club for the event will be limited to Single Membership Only.
The maximum entry for the event is 60. The minimum is 40 entries. The minimum for each class should be 10. Should any of the figures not be reached, the organisers have the right to either cancel the meeting, or amalgamate classes as necessary. The first 60 paid entries will be accepted on receipt of payment of entry.
