2020 HDMC Forest Experience Stage Rally Time Trial. 

Held under the General Regulations of the Motor Sports Association (incorporating the International Sporting Code of the FIA) and the Supplementary Regulations

This entry will not be considered unless:

1. The form has been completed in all aspects
2. The full entry fee has been paid
3. The Declaration of Indemnity has been acknowledged

Friday 24th July: Entries close for seeding purposes.

Saturday 25th July: Final Instructions emailed, along with a link to videos of the stages and a copy of Signing on Declarations.

Wednesday 29th July: Final closure of entries at 17.00h. No later entries will be accepted. (Motorsport UK GR D20.1)

Thursday 30th July: All Signing On Documents must be returned by e-mail to  hdmcforestexperience@yahoo.com

Saturday 1st August:

7:30hrs – 9:00hrs Visual Scrutineering & Noise Test, “Bowl” Area of Forest Experience Venue

09:15 hrs DRIVERS BRIEFING at Bowl – there is plenty of room to abide by social distancing,

  2. Once you have hit the "Enter the Rally" button at the end you will receive an automated response confirming we have received your entry form.
  3. There is only one way to pay
  4. Within 24 hours of us receiving the payment for your entry you should receive an e-mail confirming your entry from the Entries Secretary. NOTE: WITHOUT PAYMENT YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE VALID.
