We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your registration, including providing a public Registration List and sending you emails in connection with your registration. Some of your information will be passed on to the organisation providing results for the championship (rallies.info). We will also share your contact information with Motorsport Vision Racing, Motorsport News and Michelin so that we can administer prizes, where won and for press related matters.
In addition, your name, competition licence number and post code will be used to match your entry into the championship with your entries into each of the relevant events. For events using the rallies.info entry system this is all handled by rallies.info internally. For other events, the information from the event entry is shared with rallies.info to allow the connection to be made. This process is necessary to allow the championship results to be calculated accurately.
