Before entering the Derby Dales Tour please read the following carefully.
The Derby Dales Tour is primarily being organised as a celebration of Cirencester Car Club, for Cirencester Car Club members, recreating the spirit of the early car club long distance reliability events and meeting up with old acquaintances.
The best way to secure an entry is to pay by Stripe (Debit/Credit Card) or Bacs.
A £100 deposit is required with the remaining balance to be paid 1/5/24.
Refunds after 1/5/24 wil only be made if another entrant can take your place.
Friday- Sunday 14th-16th June 2024 staying at the Makeney Hall Hotel, Belper.
The entry fee will cover Road Book, Rally Plate, entry for 2 into the Great British Car Journey, (Visited on Saturday) parking at the National Memorial Arboretum (Our finish venue on Sunday) and souvenirs, along with any other supporting paperwork.
There are a number of room options available at the Makeney Hall Hotel and this is reflected in the prices of the rooms listed below, the rooms are allocated strictly first come first served basis, you may wish to visit the hotel web site Makeney Hall Hotel to help you make your room choice.
The room package is for bed and breakfast for two nights and a 3 course celebration meal on Saturday night.
Friday night bar meals and all drinks are not included.
