 Remember your entry is subject to receipt of the correct entry fee. 

I have read the supplementary regulations issued for this event and agree to be bound by them and by general regulations of the Motor Sports Association. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of my being permitted to take part in the event, in respect of any part of the event not held on the publicly adopted road. I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the Motor Sports Association such person or persons or body as may be authorised by the Motor Sports association Ltd to promote this event and their officials, servants, representatives and agents, together with other competitors and their respective servants, representatives and agents, from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death or injury or damage to property of myself, my driver(s), passenger(s), mechanics(s) or associated personal, arising out of or in connection with this entry. In case of races or Speed Events "I declare that to the best of my belief the driver(s) possess(es) the standard of competence necessary for the event of the type to which this entry relates and that the vehicle entered is suitable and roadworthy for the event having regard for the course and the speeds which will be reached. In the event of any race taking place wholly or partly ion the public highway "I declare that the use of the vehicle hereby entered will be covered by insurance as required by the law which is valid for such parts of this event as shall take place on roads defined by the law. I understand that should I at the time of this event be suffering from any disability whether permanent or temporary which is likely to effect prejudicially my normal control of my vehicle I may not take part unless I have declared such disability to the Motor Sports Association who have, following such declaration, issued a licence which permits me to do so.

COVID-19 DECLARATION

• I acknowledge the Organisers are operating this event in accordance with Government guidelines, advice and instruction so as to minimise the risk to Competitors, Marshals and Officials and the public from Covid-19.
• By participating in this event, I will take all necessary steps to protect myself and others from the risk of infection. I agree to follow and abide by any instructions set down by the Organiser in an effort to minimise the risk of the Covid-19 virus. 
• I acknowledge and accept the underlying and unavoidable risk of infection from the Covid-19 virus.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE RISKS OF MOTORSPORT:  I understand that by taking part in this event I am exposed to a risk of death, becoming permanently disabled or suffering some other serious injury and I acknowledge that even in the event that negligence on the part of Motorsport UK, any event organiser, any circuit owner, the promoter, the organising club, the venue owner, or any individual carrying out duties on their behalf were to be a contributory cause of any serious injury I may suffer, the dominant cause of any serious injury will always be my voluntary decision to take part in a high risk activity.

I have read the above and acknowledge that my participation in motorsport is entirely at my own risk.  I agree that I am required to register on arrival by “signing on” at the designated place before taking part in any Practice Session or Race.
