Dukeries Track Day 2025 - Internet Entry Form

Please follow the steps below to enter the Track Day.

1. Complete all the fields in the form below. The fields with red backgrounds are mandatory and must be filled in otherwise you will not be able to continue.
2. Once you have hit the "Enter the Track Day" button at the end you will receive an automated response confirming we have received your entry form.
3. Pay using the details below

Please note there are 2 different types of entry fees shown - please choose the correct type of entry

Track Day Entrants : Up to 48 spaces available, (including up to 10 juniors in this total). We will accept the first 40 entries in order of receipt, with 8 entries at our discretion.

If you were a paid up full member of Dukeries MC on 01/12/2024 then you are eligible for the existing members trackday entry fee of £125

If you were NOT a paid up full member of Dukeries MC on 01/12/2024 then the NEW members trackday entry fee of £165 applies (this includes Dukeries membership fee for NEW members only).

Anyone who is solely a club member through their Circuit Rally Championship registration will be treated as a new member of Dukeries MC and the trackday entry fee will be £165

Additional adult drivers can be added for £25

Please note that Junior drivers can only participate as a driver in a logbooked Junior 1000cc car and must have a 2024 or 2025 MSUK Junior Rally licence to take part.

If you have a full RTA Driving Licence (not a provisional) you are not classed as a Junior and can drive any vehicle.

Junior Drivers (up to 10 spaces available, included in the 48 entries) - Junior drivers pay the same entry fee as other entrants (see above)

Whether you were an existing 2024 member or you are becoming a new club member, you must renew / become a 2025 full member of Dukeries MC (which costs £15) if not included in your entry fee.

To join Dukeries Motor Club you will need to complete the Dukeries MC Membership Form on the Dukeries MC website at  https://membermojo.co.uk/dukeries-motorclub/  and submit payment for your 2025 club membership.  

You MUST complete this form, even if you are a NEW member and have paid the entry fee on the entry form.

Within 72 hours of us receiving the payment for your entry you should receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your entry from the Entries Team..

ALL drivers participating in the trackday MUST be 2025 Dukeries Motor Club members.

All Adult drivers must hold a current UK driving licence (or equivelent) and will be required to show this at signing on.

All Junior drivers must hold a 2024 or 2025 MSUK Junior rally licence and will be required to show this at signing on

We will only be allowing hard-top vehicles unless the soft / open top vehicle is fully caged and MSUK logbooked. All drivers must show their vehicles current MOT certificate at signing on.

All passengers must be signed on and must be minimum of 14 years of age and fit securely into the vehicles.
