Held under the General Regulations of Motorsport UK (incorporating the International Sporting Code of the FIA) and the Supplementary Regulations.

Once you have hit the 'Enter the Event' button at the end you will receive an automated email confirming we have received your entry form. This email will include a link which you can use to add any missing information or make any changes to your entry form.

Entries close for seeding at 21.00hrs on Sunday 2nd November 2025. If vacancies are available in the relevant class then entries will be accepted up to 16.00hrs on Wednesday 5th November 2025.

Direct payments by online or telephone banking are accepted. We are not accepting Cheques or Cash payments.

When we have received payment you should receive an e-mail confirming your entry. If you don't receive a response within 3 days of the expected payment date, or if you have any other questions, please contact the Entries Secretary.

Unfortunately, Epynt Motor Club has been unable to secure blanket cover for the event and therefore all competitors will need to ensure that they have appropriate insurance cover for competition on the public highway.

Any competitors wishing to apply for Epynt Motor Club membership must submit an online Membership form before Thursday 7th November or bring a printed Membership form to Signing On.
