Please complete all the mandatory fields with correct information, entries deemed to contain minimal information will NOT be acknowledged.

1. Complete all the fields in the form below. The fields with red backgrounds are mandatory and must be filled in otherwise you will not be able to continue.
2. Once you have hit the "Enter the Sprint" button at the end you will receive an automated response confirming we have received your entry form.
3. There is now an "Update" option on this automated response along with your Entry submission details, Use the facility to add to or change information on your entry.
4. When your entry has been checked you will receive a further email with a receipt number - this is an acknowledgement - NOT an acceptance.
5. Payment is via Bank Transfer paid directly into our account.
6. When the Full entry fee has been paid the entry status will be Accepted or Paid Reserve (if applicable)

After receiving the payment for your entry you should receive an e-mail confirming "Receipt of your Entry Fee" from the Entries Secretary along with the status of your entry.

Entries are secured only by receipt of a FULLY PAID entry fee, until this fee is received your entry status is "Acknowledged" and "NOT Accepted"

It is the entrants responsibility to make payment in good time and it is not the fault of the organisers if your bank doesn't transfer funds in to our account as swiftly as you would like, NO discussions will be entered in to regarding this position. If you delay paying the entry fee after submitting your entry form, later entries that have paid the entry fee will take presidence.
